As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing accurate resolutions. Your role includes ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering a seamless support experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls, chats, or emails professionally.
  • Understand customer issues and provide timely, accurate solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain customer interaction records and update CRM systems.
  • Work closely with the team to meet performance targets and SLAs.
  • Continuously update product/process knowledge and improve customer-handling skills.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in

    English & Hindi

    (verbal and written).
  • Minimum qualification:

    Graduate

  • Experience: Up to

    4.5 LPA
