We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Specialist to drive the learning and development of newly hired and existing Key Account Managers (KAMs). This role is pivotal in enhancing KAMs' capabilities to manage seller accounts, drive business growth, and improve seller performance on the ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate should possess strong BPO sales training experience and the ability to translate business needs into impactful learning interventions.
