What Youll Do:

Work on
warm leads only
– no cold calling.
Consult with clients to understand career goals and recommend the right AI-powered product.
Manage the
complete sales cycle
from initial contact to closure.
Consistently achieve sales targets with a consultative, value-driven approach.
Provide
basic product walkthroughs
to help clients understand OutSpark.
Maintain accurate CRM logs for leads, interactions, and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telesales/inside sales preferred.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
