Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with potential leads provided by the company
Explain Citymarts franchise/business model and benefits to interested prospects
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information
Maintain CRM data, sales reports, and daily call logs
Coordinate with the franchise sales team to schedule meetings or demos
Achieve weekly/monthly targets related to lead conversions and calls
Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives as required

Eligibility Criteria

Open to
Graduates and Postgraduates
from any discipline (B.Com, B.A., BBA, MBA preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
