Roles and Responsibilities Managing the complete recruitment cycle Sourcing the best talent Using various recruitment techniques (job portals, social media platform, referencing, headhunting) for finding the best-fit candidate as per the requirement Communicate effectively with the potential candidates through telephone and email. Schedule and coordinate for interviews Update the Recruitment Managing system Keep contact with candidates till they join Desired Candidate Profile Immediate joiners preferred Education: Any Graduate /Specialization in HR / MBA Experience: 0 - 2 yrs Knowledge: Good English Communication skills Verbal and written Analytical & Logical thoughts process Skills: Excellent communication skills. Ability to work under pressure. Should be able to communicate with candidates through email & call. Interpersonal Skills.
