Job Description

Walk-In Drive IIFL Finance Gold Loan

Date: 27th December 2025(Saturday)

Position Open

1. Branch Manager :

Graduate / Postgraduate with 4-6 years of experience in gold loans or financial services (Gold Loan Experience Preferred)
Willingness to travel extensively
Strong networking and communication skills

Job Discerption

Manage the branch Gold Loan and financial business portfolio
Oversee branch operations to ensure business growth
Plan and coordinate activities for smooth branch functioning
Coach, train, and provide feedback to team members
Monitor and control business quality and team performance
Prepare branch performance and operational reports
Guide and motivate the team to achieve targets

2. Gold Appraiser & CCE :

2-4 years of experience in financial instrument sales (Gold Loan experience preferred)
Strong customer handling and sales skills
Willingness to travel and engage in outdoor activities
Good multitasking, convincing, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, and customer-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge

Job Discerption

Responsible for gold valuation and driving POS growth at the branch
Participate in field marketing to enhance branch brand visibility
Handle accounting and cash transactions for Gold Loans
Maintain accurate calculations, cash counting, and records
Demonstrate strong clerical skills and systematic working
Cross-sell multiple investment products
