Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily facility operations including maintenance, security, and housekeeping.
Coordinate employee transportation services, including route planning and scheduling.
Supervise facility and transport staff, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely services.
Monitor and optimize facility and transport budgets.
Handle employee queries related to facility and transport services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare and present reports on facility and transport operations to management.
Conduct periodic audits of facility and transport services.
Manage emergency facility and transport arrangements when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

78 years of experience in facility management and employee transportation.
Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility/transport management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with GPS tracking systems and route optimization tools.
Familiarity with facility compliance and safety standards.
