Job Description

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Residents and key customer
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
To ensure adherence to company and client policies and SOPs.
Perform daily clubhouse management and supervision to ensure all services in the clubhouse are in normal operations
Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities are in good conditions
Perform vendor management and closely monitor vendor's performance, handle contractor administration and service contract renewal
Plan, organize and promote recreational activities and interest classes in the clubhouse
Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Providing supervision and training to all new and existing staff.
Dealing promptly with all grievances from both staff and club members.
Develops new and innovative ways in which to stimulate member activities and participation in Club events
