This role ensures smooth execution of events, maintenance of amenities, and a high level of service to residents and guests, promoting a welcoming and premium living experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the clubhouse including gym, pool, indoor games, party hall, and other amenities. Manage bookings and schedule resident activities or events in the clubhouse. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for upkeep and cleanliness. Greet and assist residents and guests courteously. Maintain proper records of clubhouse usage, inventory, and incidents. Ensure residents follow clubhouse rules and safety guidelines. Handle resident queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally. Support facility events, workshops, and community engagement activities. Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the concerned department. Qualifications: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, facility management, or customer service. Graduate or diploma in Hospitality Management or relevant field (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, emails, booking systems). Polite, presentable, and proactive in service delivery.
