Role Summary

The Shift Engineer - Projects & Utilities is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and optimization of facility assets, focusing on cost reduction, uptime improvement, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role involves managing maintenance plans, energy dashboards, and spare parts, as well as contributing to project recommendations for site improvements.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize maintenance plans to ensure compliance, availability, and sustainability of facility assets.
• Monitor and manage energy dashboards, including daily steering indicators and monthly performance indicators, as well as parameters for energy purchasing contracts.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and proper documentation during interventions, including maintaining analyzed spare parts lists.
• Develop and maintain training documents, one-point lessons, and maneuver instructions.
• Provide project recommendations for the site, including risk analysis, durability plans, and prioritization.
• Ensure availability of power and fluids, maintaining facility assets' performance metrics (e.g., MTBF, MTTR).
• Achieve maintenance cost reduction and uphold maintenance plan conformance.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) or Mechanical Engineering.

Desired Experience Level

• 3+ years of experience with a C License preferred for B.E. EEE candidates.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC and compressors for B.E. Mechanical candidates.
