About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented

Business Development Executives

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
Convert leads into successful business deals.
Maintain strong follow-ups and client relationships.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Technical, HR) for smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM.

Required Skills

Excellent communication negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of sales process client handling.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Basic understanding of IT services / software products (preferred).
Goal-oriented with a positive attitude.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.

Eligibility

Graduation or equivalent degree (any stream).
Freshers with good communication can also apply.
Experience in IT Sales / SaaS Sales / International Sales preferred for senior roles.
