Hiring: Technical Support Associate | Leading IT Company | Bangalore

Job Role:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide
technical support
to international customers via chat, email, or call.
Troubleshoot issues related to
hardware, operating systems, and Microsoft applications/products
(e.g., Outlook, Windows, Teams, Office 365).
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues effectively within defined SLAs.
Escalate complex problems to higher support levels when necessary.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service and clear communication.
Log and document all customer interactions accurately in the system.
Stay updated with product knowledge and technical processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
B.E / B.Tech / BCA Freshers can apply

communication skills
