About the Role

W2 Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit candidates on
W2 employment basis
for contract and full-time roles.
Understand tax terms including
W2, C2C, 1099
and ensure compliance in hiring.
Work closely with hiring managers and account teams to define hiring needs.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates technical/functional skills.
Negotiate salaries, benefits, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics.
Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines for recurring skill sets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–7 years of experience
in US staffing with focus on
W2 hiring
.
Strong knowledge of US work authorizations, tax terms, and compliance.
Proven ability to close positions within tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using ATS, job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), and social media for sourcing.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
