VTL Operator

We are seeking an experienced VLT (Vertical Lift Truck) Operator with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in material handling, warehouse operations, and equipment safety. The candidate should be capable of efficiently operating lifting equipment to move, stack, and organize goods in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate VLT / Forklift safely and efficiently to handle materials within the warehouse or production area.
• Load, unload, and transport materials to designated areas as per operational requirements.
• Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and storage of materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect and maintain the VLT daily — checking battery, brakes, hydraulics, and other key systems.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages immediately to the maintenance team.
• Follow all company safety rules, PPE standards, and operational procedures.
• Assist in material movement for dispatch and receipt activities.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Support inventory audits and documentation as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a VLT / Forklift Operator in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setup.
• Valid VLT/Forklift license or certification (mandatory).
• Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Ability to read and understand safety and work instructions.
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts.

Skills Required:

• Safe operating practices and strong attention to detail.
• Good coordination and time management.
• Basic knowledge of material handling and warehouse documentation.
• Team player with positive work attitude.

Working Conditions:

• Shift-based work environment.
• May require working in hot, cold, or dusty conditions depending on the facility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
