VP Operations & Order Fulfilment: Marketplaces

CLIENT: Leading Loyalty Program Platform specializing in Digital Rewards, Gift Vouchers/Coupons looking for an able Operations Head preferably from Credit Cards/Banking/Marketplace cos to oversee Pan India operations with strong emphasis on customer engagement, process digitization and order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities:

• Spearhead and transform the loyalty platform to drive higher engagement and redemption across customer portfolios.

• Oversee end-to-end program operations, including budgeting,analytics and partner brand associations.

• Enhance the customer experience journey through UI/UX improvements and data-led personalization.

• Managed budget planning, provisioning, and audits while optimizing reward economics.

• Develop new redemption categories, vendor partnerships, and alliance-led campaigns for engagement growth.

• Serve as the primary liaison for external partner brands and merchants addressing concerns, resolving issues to foster long-term partnerships.

• Streamline and optimize order management processes to ensure accurate and timely order

fulfillment.

Incumbent Profile:

• Senior Operations & Customer Experience Leader with 12+ years of cross-sector expertise in driving product growth, market enablement, CRM and digital transformation, and customer-centric innovation through data intelligence and strategic leadership.

• Proven operations leader with customer success perspective in establishing operational optimization across diverse customer and geographies.

Annual Compensation: 40 LPA
