As the VP of Business Development for GUN & EV Charger products based in Noida, your primary role involves leading and managing all sales activities for the EV Gun & Chargers product segment. Your responsibilities encompass various key aspects including strategic leadership, team management, business development, key account management, sales forecasting & reporting, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. **Role Overview:** You will be required to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the EV product line in 2W, 3W & 4W. Additionally, you will need to build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, set clear objectives and KPIs, and drive performance to ensure the success of the business unit. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the EV product line in 2W, 3W & 4W. - Build, lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear objectives, KPIs, and driving performance. - Identify and pursue new market opportunities, customer segments, and geographic expansions to increase market share. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction. - Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management, analyzing sales data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly. - Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs to position the cable business competitively in the market. - Work closely with product development, supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer commitments. **Qualification Required:** - B.Tech/MBA - 20-25 years of leadership and management experience in the EV segment, with experience in Automotive OEM Sales. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and aligning sales efforts with the overall business goals of the company. Your ability to lead a team, develop strategic sales plans, and collaborate effectively with various departments will be crucial for the success of the EV Gun & Chargers product segment.
