VP - Credit Risk Analytics - Collections & Recovery policy

As a Credit Portfolio Senior Manager at Citi, your role involves leading the management of Citi's portfolio exposure for USPB. You will be responsible for monitoring the Citi portfolio, identifying credit migration, and collaborating with the Risk Management team. Additionally, you will be a part of the collections, recoveries, and High-Risk management space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain compliance with Citibank credit policies/practices and regulatory policies - Prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes - Conduct managerial responsibilities such as coaching/mentoring, work assignment management, and resource/capacity management - Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals - Monitor daily dashboard and production reports, addressing production and pipeline management issues - Conduct analyses related to policy, bureau and alternate credit information, risk and reward trade-off, etc. - Identify business opportunities, develop credit tests and risk strategies, and work with cross-functional teams for flawless execution - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience with analytical or data manipulation tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python) - Experience in Risk Management - Experience in collections and recovery policy is preferred - Experience in big data with knowledge of probabilities/distributions, building decision trees, and regression models - Proficiency in MS Office - Proven ability to derive patterns, trends, and insights, perform risk/reward trade-off analyses, and connect analytics to business impacts - Demonstrated quantitative, presentation, and analytic skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Master's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use Citi's search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, please review Accessibility at Citi.,
