VP - Credit Risk Analytics - Collections & Recovery policy

As a Credit Portfolio Senior Manager at Citi, you will be responsible for leading the management of Citi's portfolio exposure for USPB. Your role will involve monitoring the Citi portfolio, identifying credit migration in coordination with the Risk Management team, and being part of collections, recoveries, and High Risk management space. **Key Responsibilities:** - Maintain compliance with Citibank credit policies/practices and regulatory policies - Prepare, update, and ensure approval of all internal policy and procedure changes - Conduct managerial responsibilities including coaching/mentoring and resource management - Continuously identify process improvements and efficiencies to support business unit goals - Monitor daily dashboard and production reports, addressing production and/or pipeline management issues - Conduct analyses related to policy, bureau and alternate credit information, risk and reward trade-off, etc. - Identify business opportunities, develop credit tests and risk strategies, and work with cross-functional teams for flawless execution - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations **Qualifications:** - 10+ years of experience with analytical or data manipulation tools (e.g., SAS, SQL, Python) - Experience in Risk Management - Experience in collections and recovery policy preferred - Experience in big data with knowledge of probabilities/distributions, building decision trees, and regression models - Proficiency in MS Office - Demonstrated ability to derive patterns, trends, and insights, perform risk/reward trade-off analyses, and connect analytics to business impacts - Strong quantitative, presentation, and analytic skills - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills **Education:** - Master's Degree/University degree or equivalent experience If you are a person with a disability and need a reasonable accommodation to use Citi's search tools and/or apply for a career opportunity, review Accessibility at Citi.
