Job Description

In this role as VP, Corporate Treasury, AP Regional Treasurer at Mastercard, you will be responsible for engaging with regulators, central banks, and other stakeholders in the AP region to address settlement/FX inquiries and stay updated on regulatory changes and legal developments. You will drive initiatives to ensure proper settlement liquidity protocol is in place across AP and collaborate with the global team on strategic efforts related to new settlement services and FX enhancements. Additionally, you will oversee bank account administration, lead bank account rationalization projects, and design a treasury management system to enhance existing systems. - Engage with regulators, central banks, and stakeholders in the AP region - Address settlement/FX inquiries and stay updated on regulatory changes and legal developments - Drive initiatives for proper settlement liquidity protocol across AP - Collaborate with the global team on strategic efforts for new settlement services and FX enhancements - Oversee bank account administration and lead bank account rationalization projects - Design a treasury management system to enhance existing systems Your qualifications for this role include strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to innovate and challenge the status quo, knowledge of corporate treasury functions, and experience in product development or system implementation. You should possess strong leadership qualities, negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, along with a proactive management style towards employee development. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline, with an MBA preferred - Strong treasury, corporate finance, and/or foreign exchange experience As part of your corporate security responsibility at Mastercard, you are expected to abide by security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations, breaches, and complete all periodic mandatory security trainings as per guidelines.
