As a Treasury Analyst at Wells Fargo, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting global treasury activities. This includes overseeing funding, liquidity risk management, asset and liability management, capital management, financial performance management, and related activities. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating global market conditions to provide valuable advisory on treasury finance risk. Additionally, you will be in charge of complex reporting and analytics on treasury finance metrics, ensuring accurate recurring deliverables are completed and compliant with various treasury risk management regulatory requirements. Your role will also involve maintaining data quality and establishing controlled processes. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with Internal Audit, Corporate Risk Management, Model Governance teams, regulatory agencies, accounting and consulting firms. You will have the opportunity to make recommendations to more experienced group members and management, collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues, and interact with internal customers. While receiving direction from leaders, you will exercise independent judgment and continuously develop your knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of Treasury experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. A Bachelor's/Master's degree is required and desired qualifications include 2+ years of Treasury experience. The shift timing for this position is 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
