You would be joining OPC Asset Solutions Pvt Ltd, a leading equipment Renting company in the rental space, offering innovative finance solutions and effective asset life cycle management tailored to suit industry needs. Our branch offices are located in Chennai, Bangalore, and Delhi. **Role Overview:** As the VP - Business Development reporting to the Country Head - Sales, you will be responsible for leading Business Development in the Western Region. We are looking for a result-oriented professional with experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry, specifically in the B2B space, to build new business, expand portfolios, and manage a team/region effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand customer requirements and align solution offerings accordingly. - Utilize existing relationships to enhance business potential. - Drive new business and revenue generation by highlighting client value propositions. - Collaborate with Vendor networks to explore partnership opportunities for product and financial solutions. - Manage Partner alliances and ensure exemplary Account Management for repeat business. - Coordinate with funding partners for cross-selling opportunities. - Provide sales forecasts for the Region and explain variances. - Prepare and review pricing proposals based on customer requirements. - Work closely with the Business Finance team to secure Funding. **Qualifications Required:** - Knowledge of the leasing industry is preferred. - Ability to interpret and analyze data, especially financial statements. - Understanding of Direct and Indirect tax laws and their impact on offered solutions. - Moderate to expert knowledge in MS Office applications, especially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Proven self-starting capabilities to identify new opportunities in unexplored market segments. - MBA in Marketing or Finance. - 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
