Job Description

Job Overview:

Vice President – Branding and Communication


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic communication plans aligned with business goals
  • Drive leadership messaging and change communication initiatives
  • Own and manage internal communication channels (intranet, newsletters, videos, etc.)
  • Lead employee engagement campaigns, townhalls, and milestone events
  • Build and execute employer branding campaigns across digital, social, and events
  • Strengthen external brand presence and social media engagement
  • Launch employee advocacy programs and ambassador initiatives
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to align candidate experience with brand messaging
  • Represent the brand in industry events, awards, and partnerships
  • Track communication effectiveness and report insights to leadership


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 15+ years in marketing, branding, and communications (preferably BFSI/GCC).
  • Proven experience in leading internal/external communication strategies
  • Strong writing, content creation, and storytelling abilities
  • Familiarity with social media, CMS, analytics, and design tools
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
