Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in F&B operations and be based in India.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate food and beverage operations on board ships.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to guests and crew members.
Maintain inventory and supplies of food and beverages.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth ship operations.
Implement and maintain health and safety protocols.
Analyze customer feedback and improve menu offerings and service quality.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in F&B operations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
