Liaise with Project Implementers to understand volunteering needs
Generate suitable volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on project requirements
Raise awareness about the role and importance of volunteers within the organization
Promote volunteering through recruitment activities, social media, and campaigns
Interview and shortlist volunteers, ensuring appropriate matching and training for specific roles
Organize profile-raising events to attract new volunteers
Maintain and update volunteer databases and perform necessary administrative tasks
Drive individual donor campaigns through various communication channels
Acquire, engage, and retain individual donors to secure financial support for project initiatives
