We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our team at TAJ SANTACRUZ MUMBAI in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hospitality and be eager to learn and grow with our company.
Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in managing front desk operations, ensuring seamless customer service.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems are required.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
