School Psychologists are crucial in ensuring data-driven decision-making and creating conducive environments for learning. We're seeking a passionate and highly experienced Lead Graphic Designer Volunteer to spearhead and manage our graphic design efforts. This pivotal role involves leading a team of talented volunteers, setting the creative vision, and ensuring all visual communications powerfully convey InSPA's mission. Primary Responsibilities As the Lead Graphic Designer Volunteer, you will: Provide strategic creative direction and oversee all graphic design projects from concept through completion. Lead, mentor, and empower a team of graphic design volunteers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. This includes task delegation, providing constructive feedback, and facilitating skill development. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency and a cohesive visual identity across all InSPA materials.
