Role Description This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Community Team Member, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Community Team Member will be responsible for organizing and facilitating community events, coordinating with members, managing community outreach and engagement, and supporting collaborative projects. Day-to-day tasks involve planning and ensuring the successful execution of events, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, and helping to promote Ambixous' mission and values. Qualifications Event planning, coordination, and facilitation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with community outreach and engagement Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team Passion for innovation, inclusivity, and personal development Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in a relevant field Experience with social media management is a plus Previous volunteer experience is beneficial
