Role Description

This is a volunteer hybrid role for a Community Team Member, located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Community Team Member will be responsible for organizing and facilitating community events, coordinating with members, managing community outreach and engagement, and supporting collaborative projects. Day-to-day tasks involve planning and ensuring the successful execution of events, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment, and helping to promote Ambixous' mission and values.

Qualifications

• Event planning, coordination, and facilitation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with community outreach and engagement
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
• Passion for innovation, inclusivity, and personal development
• Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in a relevant field
• Experience with social media management is a plus
• Previous volunteer experience is beneficial
