The Campus/College Lead will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, managing campus communications, and leading community service initiatives. Responsibilities also include recruiting and mentoring new members, developing strategies to engage the campus community, and collaborating with other leads and team members. Qualifications Leadership, Event Planning, and Team Management skills Strong Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal skills Experience in Volunteer Coordination and Community Service Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team setting Passion for youth development and community impact Prior experience in a similar role or in a campus organization is a plus Currently enrolled in or a graduate from any college or university. Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a City Lead at Elite Club Youth Foundation. The City Lead will be responsible for managing local chapters, planning and executing community service projects, and fostering leadership development among members. Additionally, the City Lead will collaborate with other city leads to align regional activities with national goals, track and report on project progress, and engage with local communities to build partnerships and support. Qualifications Experience in Leadership, Project Management, and Community Engagement Strong Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills Ability to Plan, Organize, and Implement Community Service Projects Skills in Networking, Partnership Building, and Volunteer Coordination Proficiency in basic Office Software and remote collaboration tools Passion for youth empowerment and community service Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field preferred Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus Note : This role is purely voluntary and does not offer any monetary compensation.
