Role Description

This is a volunteer role for a Campus/College Lead. The Campus/College Lead will be responsible for organizing and coordinating events, managing campus communications, and leading community service initiatives. Responsibilities also include recruiting and mentoring new members, developing strategies to engage the campus community, and collaborating with other leads and team members.

Qualifications

• Leadership, Event Planning, and Team Management skills
• Strong Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal skills
• Experience in Volunteer Coordination and Community Service
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Passion for youth development and community impact
• Prior experience in a similar role or in a campus organization is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or a graduate from any college or university.
