Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a City Lead at Elite Club Youth Foundation. The City Lead will be responsible for managing local chapters, planning and executing community service projects, and fostering leadership development among members. Additionally, the City Lead will collaborate with other city leads to align regional activities with national goals, track and report on project progress, and engage with local communities to build partnerships and support.

Qualifications

Experience in Leadership, Project Management, and Community Engagement
Strong Communication, Public Speaking, and Interpersonal Skills
Ability to Plan, Organize, and Implement Community Service Projects
Skills in Networking, Partnership Building, and Volunteer Coordination
Proficiency in basic Office Software and remote collaboration tools
Passion for youth empowerment and community service
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field preferred
Previous experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
