Executive Assistant – Founder’s Office (Intern / Junior Level)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shadow and assist the Founder and the Executive Assistant during the first 3 months, with a goal to grow into an independent strategic support role.
  • Manage and organize the Founder’s calendar, schedules, meetings, and internal coordination.
  • Take phone calls on behalf of the Founder and confidently communicate with collaborators, clients, media, and partners.
  • Draft and respond to emails, proposals, and documents with clarity and professionalism.
  • Create internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for studio operations, communication, education, fabrication, and outreach.
  • Assist in compiling and editing documentation, including studio publications, books, and internal decks.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Grammarly, etc.) to accelerate workflows, draft structured content, and maintain high-quality documentation.
  • Manage and support the social media calendar and help coordinate scheduled communications.
  • Coordinate internal meetings, follow-ups, and ensure accountability within team workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A young graduate or final-year student from architecture, design, media, communication, or business backgrounds.
  • Must be highly meticulous, organized, and driven by systems thinking.
  • Strong digital skills—especially in tools like Google Calendar, Notion, Docs, WhatsApp Web, Excel, and AI-enhanced workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent the founder professionally.
  • Comfortable with receiving and making professional calls, following up proactively, and negotiating when required.
  • A natural executor—good with handling multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables in parallel.
  • Willing to take ownership and grow into a high-trust role over time.

Compensation:

  • Internship (Final-year students or freshers):

    Stipend-based (based on availability & commitment)
  • Full-time (Entry-level):

    ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month depending on skill, experience & performance
  • Performance Reviews & Growth:

    Structured increments every 6 months based on impact and initiative
