🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Make consistent cold calls throughout the day

  to reach out to

  potential clients from any industry

  , including but not limited to architecture, construction, real estate, hospitality, and more.
• Initiate first-level interest and

  briefly introduce the studio’s services and portfolio

  .

• Schedule meetings

  for the senior team and track them using

  Excel or Google Sheets

  .
• Maintain a

  basic CRM

  system to log all outreach, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Handle

  follow-up WhatsApp messages

  ,

  occasional email drafting

  , and

  outreach coordination

  .
• Be proactive in driving conversations that can convert into

  sales meetings

  or

  partnership discussions

  .
• Occasionally attend in-person meetings or field visits, if needed, to assist in relationship building.

✨ What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication

  is a must.
• Confident, polite, and professional voice and approach over calls.
• Experience or natural ability in

  cold calling and lead generation

  .
• Strong organizational skills to

  maintain outreach records & CRM updates

  .
• Educational qualification is

  in a structured way and contribute to a fast-moving studio setup.
