Join the Burn Healing Foundation’s dynamic volunteer team and help strengthen awareness, support, and hope for burn survivors across India.

THE ROLE

Strategic Social Media Development:

• Enhance BHF’s presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
• Create and share impactful content to increase reach and engagement
• Offer recommendations to improve social media campaigns and strategies

Direct Beneficiary Outreach:

• Manage and update beneficiary databases (contact, treatment history, progress)
• Conduct follow-up interviews with burn survivors (video preferred, audio acceptable)

• Document impact stories and assess ongoing support needs

WHO WE NEED

Required Experience & Skills:

• Active presence on major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable internet connection (smartphone or computer access)
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Organized and professional with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active LinkedIn profile for networking
• Prior experience in social media management or outreach
• Comfortable conducting video/audio interviews
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Drive
