Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to handle voice and chat-based customer interactions . The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, resolve queries efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via inbound/outbound calls and live chat support . Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during interactions. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions. Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately. Meet individual and team targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams when necessary. Adhere to process workflows, scripts, and compliance standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline. Excellent communication skills in English and [regional language, if applicable] . Basic computer literacy typing speed, email/chat etiquette. Prior experience in a BPO/Customer Support process is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure . Preferred: Experience in tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud , or similar CRMs. Experience in eCommerce, Telecom, BFSI , or Healthcare support processes.
