Roles and Responsibilities

* Generate sales leads through effective communication with customers over the phone.
* Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their needs.

Requirements-

* 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English for effective customer interaction.
* Ability to work on a rotational shift schedule (Domestic BPO).
* Basic knowledge of Sales Process and Lead Generation techniques.
