Voice Coach

As a part of Maropost, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering voice and accent training programs to enhance communication skills and cultural sensitivity among employees. Your responsibilities will include creating tailored training programs, guiding employees to achieve accent neutrality, leading workshops and coaching sessions for communication skills enhancement, promoting cultural awareness, providing constructive feedback and assessments, staying updated on voice and accent training trends, and maintaining detailed documentation of training sessions. To excel in this role, you should possess extensive knowledge of linguistics, speech patterns, and foreign accent acquisition, a strong understanding of sound formation and speech therapy principles, excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to work effectively in various training environments, experience in training program development, an understanding of cultural diversity and inclusion, and a passion for continuous learning and industry innovations.
