Voice Coach

As a Voice Coach at Sagility, your role involves supporting Humana by providing training and coaching to improve communication skills and performance within the BPO setting. You will be responsible for delivering training sessions to enhance communication skills and overall performance in a BPO environment, focusing on Voice and Accent training. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct training sessions to improve oral and written English skills at a proficient level (CEFR Level = C1, High B2). - Utilize expertise in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to facilitate training modules effectively. - Assess individual and team training needs, develop strategies to bridge identified gaps, and deliver training accordingly. - Implement training design methodologies such as ADDIE and 6Ds of Breakthrough learning to ensure effective delivery aligning with business objectives. - Diagnose performance gaps, identify training needs, and create coaching and development plans for trainers to enhance their performance. - Manage documentation, participate in training programs, and report information security incidents promptly and accurately. **Qualifications Required:** - Educational Qualifications: College Graduate/Higher Secondary; Preferred degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, Psychology, Education, or Business Management. - Professional Qualifications: Preferred certifications in Train the Trainer, TEFL, or IELTS. - Experience: Minimum 2 years in a BPO setting, including 1 year as a V&A/Pre-process trainer. - Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, project management certification, and expertise in training delivery and needs analysis.,
