Summary:

Mosaic Workskills Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Vocational Training Coordinators (VTCs) under the Samagra Shiksha Punjab (SSA-Punjab) project. The VTC will play a key role in implementing and monitoring vocational education programs in government schools across assigned districts in Punjab.

Location: Amritsar, Ludhiana, Fazilka, Ferozepur, SAS Nagar, Mansa, Jalandhar & other major districts·

Type of Employment: Contractual/Professional (as per project requirement)·

Number of Positions: 5·

Joining Date: 1st week of October·

Monthly CTC: Rs. 35,514/ - per month inclusive of travel allowances & applicable statutory deductions.·

Gender Preference: Male·

Languages Known: Hindi, English, and Punjabi·

Travelling Required: Yes·

Education: Master’s degree in Rural Development, Management, MSW·

Preference: Candidates with exposure in Skill & Entrepreneurship Development or Education Sector, in addition to the requisite qualifications, will be preferred.· Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience. Minimum tenure as Vocational Coordinator must be at least 1 year.

Roles & Responsibilities

Residency & Coordination

• Must be a Punjab resident or willing to relocate, stationed in the assigned district.
• Report to DEOs/state authorities and coordinate regularly with SSA Punjab & Mosaic HO.
• Be available via phone/email and attend meetings at SSA/Mosaic offices when required.

School Monitoring & Field Visits

• Ensure classes/labs run as per schedule and report deficiencies.
• Conduct school visits as per SS Punjab guidelines, covering minimum 40 schools.
• Monitor VT performance, student engagement, and lab conditions; coordinate with DEO and district officials.

Quality Assurance & Industry Linkages

• Evaluate training quality, gather feedback, and assess VT performance.
• Support industry visits, internships, and guest lectures in coordination with principals.
• Vocational Trainer Management
• Manage VT lifecycle: induction, orientation (Child Protection & POSH), attendance, performance monitoring, and exits.
• Ensure no school remains vacant; coordinate timely replacements.
• Submit VT attendance and reports to HR; handle grievances/issues promptly.

Liaison & Representation

• Represent Mosaic at district/state levels, maintaining regular communication with SSA, DIET, and schools.
• Share official updates immediately with Mosaic HO.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain databases, submit daily/periodic reports, and share success stories.
• Personal laptop required for reporting and documentation.

Policy, Finance & Admin

• Ensure compliance with NSQF & SSA Punjab guidelines; update VTs/schools on policy changes.
• Submit attendance, invoices, and documentation to SSA & Accounts Department; follow up on payments.

Training Support

• Assist in lab setup, ToT, and in-service training programs.

Additional Detail:

1. This position is contractual and bound by the guidelines of SSA Punjab.

2. Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts are required.

3. The candidate must be proactive, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to work with multiple stakeholders including education officials, school staff, and local communities.

4. As per SSA Punjab guidelines, submission of Police Verification and Aadhaar Verification documents is mandatory for this position.

5. Coordinators selected in consultation with SSA Punjab.

6. One Coordinator for every 40 schools; may be deputed across districts for monitoring.
