Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations for potential customers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions of sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques, including consultative selling and objection handling.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong passion for sales.
