Detailed JD:

• Technical Leadership

  : Lead automation projects and ensure solutions align with business and technical requirements.

• Code Review

  : Review code quality and architecture, ensuring that development follows best practices.

• Mentorship

  : Mentor junior consultants, helping them improve their skills and understanding of automation and VMware technologies.

• VMware Infrastructure

  : Design and implement automation solutions using VMware technologies such as vSphere, NSX, and vRealize.

• Workshops with Clients

  : Conduct technical workshops with clients to gather requirements, understand business needs, and drive solution alignment.

• Design Documents & Reviews

  : Create and maintain design documents, and facilitate design reviews with clients to ensure alignment with their needs and expectations.

• Stakeholder Management

  : Work closely with clients and teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.

• Continuous Improvement

  : Stay updated on the latest trends in automation and continuously adapt to new technologies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of VMware tools including vSphere, vRealize, NSX, and other VMware technologies is required
• Proficiency in

• Familiarity with
