Key Responsibilities:


1. Visual Merchandising Operations

  • Implement and maintain brand VM standards across all retail stores and kiosks.
  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to execute seasonal, promotional, and new collection displays.
  • Conduct regular VM audits and store visits to ensure consistency and compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Train in-store staff on VM basics and guidelines for day-to-day maintenance.
  • Monitor VM KPIs such as display effectiveness, planogram adherence, and visual impact on sales.
  • Coordinate VM material inventory: props, signage, lighting, and display fixtures.
  • Support e-commerce photo styling when needed to maintain cross-platform visual consistency.

2. New Store Openings

  • Manage end-to-end VM execution for new store launches including layout planning, fixture placement, and display setup.
  • Collaborate with project teams, architects, and contractors to align on timelines and readiness.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of VM assets prior to store launch.
  • Ensure the store launch aligns with brand aesthetics, storytelling, and customer journey design.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure seamless handover of the new store.
  • Support post-opening VM evaluations and adjustments based on footfall and product focus.

2. Visual Merchandising Training

  • Develop and implement VM training modules for store teams (basic and advanced).
  • Conduct regular in-store training sessions on display maintenance, product presentation, and brand aesthetics.
  • Create visual SOPs and VM handbooks to support consistency across stores.
  • Train new store teams during the pre-opening phase to ensure visual readiness from day one.
  • Gather feedback from store staff and use it to refine training programs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Experience handling new store openings is a strong advantage.
  • Strong eye for design, detail, and luxury aesthetics.
  • Excellent project management and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across cities for store visits and openings.
