Key Responsibilities:

Visual Merchandising Execution

Implement visual merchandising guidelines across stores to maintain brand consistency.

Ensure product displays, mannequins, and window setups align with seasonal themes and marketing campaigns.

Assist in planning and setting up in-store promotional displays and signage.

Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate branding elements into store layouts.

Ensure effective space utilization and an aesthetically appealing shopping environment.

Conduct regular store visits to ensure adherence to VM standards and provide improvement recommendations.

Store Support & Training

Train store staff on visual merchandising best practices and display maintenance.

Coordinate with store managers to address VM-related challenges and optimize layouts.

Monitor and maintain the condition of visual displays, props, and fixtures.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Analyze the impact of visual merchandising on store performance and customer engagement.

Gather customer feedback on displays and suggest improvements.

Track and report on visual merchandising compliance and store execution quality.

Assist in evaluating sales data to refine display strategies.
