Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and maintain high standards of

  visual merchandising across all stores

  in the assigned region.
• Develop

  visually appealing displays

  in line with

  brand/VM guidelines

  .
• Plan and execute

  store window displays, seasonal themes, and product launches

  .
• Coordinate with

  store teams and internal stakeholders

  to ensure consistency and quality of execution.

• Train store staff

  on VM best practices and guidelines.
• Conduct regular

  store visits and audits

  to maintain display standards.
• Work closely with marketing and merchandising teams to

  support promotions and campaigns

  .
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve VM effectiveness based on store performance and customer insights.
• Manage

  multiple store roll-outs

  and VM implementation within defined timelines.

Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in

  Visual Merchandising (preferably multi-store/regional exposure)

  .
• Strong sense of

  design, color theory, and retail aesthetics

  .
• Proficiency in

  design tools

  (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp – preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent

  project management

  and organizational skills.
• Effective

  communication and interpersonal skills

  to liaise with store teams and vendors.
