Visual Merchandiser

Role & responsibilities:

- Define and implement a creative visual merchandising strategy.

- Create eye-catching displays to guide customers through the store.

- Produce window displays, signs, interior setups, and promotional displays.

- Identify core messages and set clear design goals.

- Collaborate with merchandisers on design ideas and revisions.

- Align strategies with the organisation's culture and target market.

- Monitor costs and adhere to budget constraints.

- Oversee display production and staff briefings.

- Update displays for new product launches and seasonal themes.

- Source elements and liaise with suppliers.

- Stay informed about lifestyle, demographics, and design trends.

Requirements and Skills:

- Strong visual design skills with a solid retail portfolio.

- Experience in visual merchandising and space utilisation.

- Knowledge of visual merchandising trends and best practices.

- Creative thinker with the ability to analyse sales reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
