As a Visual Merchandiser, your role will involve developing and implementing creative visual merchandising strategies across stores to enhance the visual presentation and ensure consistent standards. You will be responsible for designing attractive product displays, collaborating with marketing and retail teams, monitoring inventory levels, conducting store visits, and staying updated on industry trends and competitor displays. Additionally, you will train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement creative visual merchandising strategies - Design attractive product displays to drive sales and highlight promotions - Ensure consistent visual standards across all store locations - Collaborate with marketing and retail teams for aligned displays - Monitor inventory levels and presentation effectiveness - Conduct regular store visits to evaluate and improve displays - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor displays - Train and guide store staff on visual merchandising standards Requirements: - Proven experience in Visual Merchandising or similar retail role - Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and retail trends - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and planning - Knowledge of design software like Photoshop or Illustrator is advantageous - Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Flexibility for travel to multiple store locations Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, or related field along with 2-5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising is required for this full-time, permanent position at the company's in-person work locations.
