Job Description – Customer Support Dentist
Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

We’re looking for a CRM expert who can turn data into delight, and lifecycle marketing into lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Managing virtual dental queries and escalations to ensure timely and effective patient support.
Conducting video consultations with patients to monitor and guide treatment progress.
Handing dental-related queries via chat, providing accurate information and prompt resolutions.
Conducting regular follow-ups with patients and coordinating with internal departments to ensure end-to-end resolution of patient queries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
