Role Summary


As a Visual Communications & PR Content Associate, you will help shape and communicate FriskaAi’s brand identity and value proposition — both internally and externally — through compelling visuals and content. You will collaborate with marketing, product and medical teams to craft materials that help patients, physicians and stakeholders understand what FriskaAi does and why it matters. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Create visual assets for PR/marketing: social media graphics, infographics, presentation decks, banners, blog images, promotional visuals and campaign creatives. 
  • Translate complex healthcare and AI-driven product features (e.g. chronic care management, personalized nutrition, real-time insights) into clear, easy-to-understand visuals for patients and physicians. 
  • Support content creation: collaborate on writing or editing copy for press kits, blog posts, social media posts and website updates — ensuring brand consistency in both content and visuals. 
  • Assist in designing media kits / press kits / marketing collaterals used for outreach to clinics, physicians or media. 
  • Work with the team to design visuals for internal communications and employer-branding materials if needed. 
  • Coordinate with stakeholders (product, medical experts, marketing) to gather necessary input/data, especially when visuals need to reflect accurate health / medical information. 
  • Stay updated with design and PR best practices, and suggest creative ways to present data (charts, infographics), success stories, user testimonials, or patient journeys. 


Qualifications & Skills


  • Degree/diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent. 
  • 0–1 year experience (freshers or with internship) in design/visual communication, content creation, social media or PR. 
  • Proficiency in design tools (can include Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva / Figma / similar). 
  • Basic to intermediate skills in visual storytelling: ability to simplify and present complex information (especially healthcare/tech) in an accessible way. 
  • Good communication skills in English (for writing/editing content, collaborating with teams). 
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced startup environment. 
  • Attention to detail, especially when dealing with medical/health-related content — ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with confidentiality and sensitivity norms. 
  • Team player, collaborative mindset, open to feedback.
