Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Source new business through Direct, DSA, and Connectors. Channel Partner Ecosystem: Identify, onboard, and build relationships with new DSA's and Connectors. Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through self-generated leads and channel partners. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies for each partner, working closely to achieve mutual goals. Collaboration: Collaborate with the branch team to align sales and channel efforts. Budget Management: Create and manage partner budgets, contests, and pay-outs to drive overall goals. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of channel partners using metrics such as sales, yield, and productivity. Conflict Resolution: Manage and resolve conflicts and challenges within the ecosystem. Training and Support: Provide support and training to partners on product, policy, and process. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and channel management. Strong understanding of the MSME mid-market segment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
