The primary role of an agent is to provide customer service over calls and deliver appropriate resolutions in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Provide support and resolve customer issues via calls and other electronic communication channels.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quality service.

Voice Process Salary Structure:

19,000 - 28,000 (Take-home after deductions)

Date of Joining (DOJ): 31st October

Age Criteria:

18Years to Below 35Years

Documentation:

Candidates must have all educational certificates and valid Government ID proofs (Aadhaar and PAN Card).

Clear scanned copies or Xerox copies are required for documentation.

Job Details:

1. Rotational US shifts (including midnight shifts).

2. 5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs (No fixed offs on Saturday and Sunday).

3. Students pursuing regular full-time courses are not eligible.

4. Educational certificates are mandatory.

5. Must be flexible to work from office.
